The problem is not the AU being a bit OOC. The problem is making the characters complete idiots when it comes to their security! As readers, we know that they have to meet and have a relationship. We also know that they’re not serial killers looking for the next victim.

But the characters don’t know that about each other yet! So how can they trust and give each other their numbers and sometimes address to complete strangers? People don’t do this! (and if they do, they shouldn’t) 

I’m just asking for a little bit of reality here, okay?
